Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director, Enterprise Applications is responsible for supporting Humber’s enterprise applications including business analysis, enterprise solutions management, enterprise technology services, and data stewardship to enable data driven decision making and organizational outcomes. In addition to the management of multi-million-dollar budgets, the Director will build and maintain relationships to support identification, selection, implementation and operation of business solutions including finance, human resource, student and CRM systems. The Director will be responsible for providing leadership for the college’s enterprise applications in alignment with the strategic plan, and for ensuring systems meet Humber’s business needs, providing a consistent and reliable operating environment that supports learning, teaching, research, campus life and administration.
As the ideal candidate, you are an accomplished leader with a university degree and at least 10 years of progressive management experience within a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. A strategic thinker, you understand the transformational opportunities that next generation technology represents and have experience in defining, producing, and introducing new technologies. Your experience in leading organizational change supports your ability to coach your team and your clients in adopting, embracing and leveraging new processes and ways of working. You are able to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders within a diverse and multifaceted community. You bring administrative acumen having managed budgets, portfolios of projects and contract negotiation and management. You are results oriented, positive, and eager to be part of a community engaged in learning, teaching, research and administration within a global network that is always on the leading edge of innovation.
